Our Story
Jamico Properties is a family-owned property management company proudly serving Los Angeles County and Tulsa since 1995. Larry and Jeannette Jamison founded the company with a simple goal: to help property owners protect their investments and achieve the best possible return. When Jeannette left her corporate career to help manage client properties, Jamico Properties became a family business built on trust, care, and personal service.
In 2004, their oldest daughter, Christie, joined the company after eight years in corporate finance and accounting and earning her CPA license. Since 2007, Christie has led Jamico Properties alongside her husband, Todd, a real estate broker, continuing the family’s commitment to strong relationships, dependable service, and thoughtful property management.
Today, Jamico Properties manages more than 2,300 rental units across Los Angeles County and Tulsa, Oklahoma. We know every property represents someone’s investment and future, so we treat each one with the same care and attention we would give our own.
