We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Our Property Supervisors to join our team to serve our apartment communities and single-family residences.  The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and in teams.  This person will be detail oriented, friendly, and efficient at completing tasks and small projects.

 Here are some of the key responsibilities of this position:

  • Answer phones, respond to emails
  • Provide customer support to tenants, clients and internal staff
  • Schedule Vendors
  • Coordinate maintenance work to be performed with tenant and vendors
  • Input budgets into Microsoft Excel and our reporting system
  • Prepare budget variance analysis on project spending
  • Prepare lease agreements
  • Help with screening applicants and assigning work orders to maintenance staff
  • Help CFO with various projects
  • Track KPIs for Company
  • Occasionally run out to a property to drop of keys or let vendor into unit

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • KPIs to track: calls answered/week, budget variance compared to actuals
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with admin work
  • Team player & works well independently
  • Good customer relations skills and ability to interact with tenants and team
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and social security card, demonstrating eligibility to work in the United States
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work, Outlook and Excel
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Starting compensation is $19-$22/hour depending on experience.  Full-time employees are eligible for:  medical, dental and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; PTO; Holiday Pay and Discretionary Bonuses.
