Nate has been with Jamison Management Company going on 1 year. He recently was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor for our Tulsa Region. Nate started out as a contractor when I was 15, remodeling apartments with his dad. At 18, Nate started working as a Porter in San Antonio at a 600-unit property and in a few weeks became a make ready tech at the same property. Fast forward to 2 years later; Nate came to Oklahoma to work and found it a place to call home. Nate continued to work as a make ready tech and found myself rising to the need of the property, and absorbing as much knowledge as needed to better understand my job. Soon, Nate was able to provide knowledge to others.

Julie is a California native and has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Coming from a background in real estate, she first obtained her license at age 19 and worked with her father who was the #6 office to join Century 21 in the 1970s. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University in Long Beach and an Associate Degree of Arts from Mount San Antonio College in Interior Design, as well as her Real Estate Broker’s license in the State of California. She has worked for Jamison Management Company for four years and is the Leasing Division Manager. In this position, she oversees all leasing, application processing, and advertising for Jamison Management as well as helping with some business development, real estate sales and new owner acquisitions. She has lived in the South Bay for 26 years, has a son, Drake, who now lives in Atwater Village in Los Angeles, and a 2 year old rescue pup named Bella. Fun fact : Julie is a fine artist and once owned a private art school in the South Bay called Artful Minds where she taught children and adults. She occasionally commissions murals and sells paintings in a variety of mediums, and has done so for the past 26 years.

Rudy’s wife and him managed that building for about 6 and a half years. Since 2016, Rudy has been a Regional Manager who has 62 properties, 450 units and 10 onsite managers.
