With more than 10 years of experience in the property management industry, Alondra Bustamante has built her career from the ground up. Beginning as a Leasing Agent, she advanced through various leadership roles, including serving as a Regional Manager, and now brings her extensive experience to her role as Community Director with Jamico Properties.
Throughout her career, Alondra has developed a well-rounded understanding of property operations, team development, resident relations, budgeting, capital projects, and strategic property performance. She is passionate about leadership, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional results. Alondra believes in leading by example, developing strong teams, and creating communities where both residents and employees can thrive.
Each role she has held has strengthened her commitment to operational excellence and reinforced the importance of hard work, accountability, and hands-on leadership.
Outside of work, Alondra enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and experiencing new adventures.
