Morgan is actively involved with the Tulsa Apartment Association and has served in leadership within its Government Affairs Committee. Her professional credentials include Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and Certified Occupancy Specialist for Public Housing.
In addition to her career in property management, Morgan is pursuing her degrees in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice, expanding her knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks that intersect with the multifamily housing industry.
