Reports

These quick explantions provide guidance to the “Reports” section of your Owner Portal, where you have everything you need to seamlessly monitor and manage the financial and operational aspects of your properties. This powerful feature offers a diverse range of reports, including detailed Balance Sheets, comprehensive Cash Flow Analyses, informative Profit & Loss Statements, and insightful Rent Roll Reviews.

The Balance Sheet report displays the financial position of a property as of the report date. Generate this report to view the assets of one or more properties and the claims (liabilities and equities) against those assets.

The Balance Sheet Comparison report shows a side-by-side comparison of the financial position of selected properties as of two given report dates. Generate this report to view the assets of one or more properties and the claims (liabilities and equities) against those assets at two points in time.

The Bills Paid report displays all bills issued by a vendor that were fully or partially paid during a selected date range. The report allows you to track and monitor payments issued to vendors and can be cross-referenced with physical bills to verify that all information is correct.
