Director of Operations


Denise Garcia is responsible for overseeing the property management operations at Jamison Management Company. She develops management strategies, improves property performance, elevates operating standards, and maximizes employee productivity.

Ms. Garcia brings over 18 years of experience in the property management field. She has experience overseeing conventional and affordable housing and has overseen multi-family buildings in Arizona, California, Oklahoma and Texas markets. Denise has over seen more than 7,000 units. She has extensive acquisitions and renovation experience.

In her career Denise has a successful track record of starting two property management companies where she was tasked with building infrastructure, attracting talent, and developing policies/procedures. In addition, Denise specializes in improving operations at existing companies and building a strong company culture.

Prior to joining Jamison Management Company Ms. Garcia held the position of Vice President of Property Management and was instrumental in growing the company, building strong business relationships, and mentored hundreds of employees.

Denise Garcia is well known in the property management industry and is a respected professional. She participates in leadership groups to discuss best practices and trends within the multifamily operations. She holds a BA in Marketing, has a Certified Professional of Occupancy certificate CPO, and a California Real Estate License.
