Agent Referral Program

Jamison Management Company is a full-service property management company that values our relationship with real estate agents across the country. We will always refer an owner back to an agent if they decide to sell.

We partner with the most qualified Realtors and Real Estate Agents as part of a best-in-class, mutually beneficial Agent referral program. Agents can earn $500 for each referral and $1500 for referring a portfolio of 16 units or more.

How it Works:

  1. Submit your contact and referral information and we will add you as a qualified Agent in our Preferred Agent network.  Fill out the form below.
  2. As soon as we receive our first month’s management fee from your client, we will cut you or your Broker a check for the referral fee.
