The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted at the 11th hour to extend the LA County Eviction Moratorium by one month, to January 31, 2023, which was originally supposed to end at the end of this year.  However, we expect the Board to further extend the eviction moratorium another six months to end July 1, 2023 when it reconvenes in January.  The CAA (California Apartment Association) strongly opposes the extension and urges members to advocate vigorously against it and end the Covid emergency housing measures.
