If you have not been receiving your financial statements, please look for them in your Junk or Spam folder around the 4th business day of the month. Unfortunately, because we send the financial statements out as a batch, many email servers flag them as junk mail. To try and correct this problem, you need to find the email in your Spam or Junk folder. For Yahoo or Gmail users, then right click on the email and select “NOT SPAM.” For Outlook email users, right click on the email and select “Junk” then the options “Not Junk” or “Never Block Sender’s Domain.” And if these instructions seem too difficult, then just log into your Owner Portal and under the “History Notes” menu, you can see your latest financial statements posted there. To download them, just select the blue down arrow. Hope you find these tips helpful.
FAQ’s
Why am I not receiving my monthly owner financial statements by email?
Many email providers automatically flag bulk emails as spam or junk mail. If you have not received your monthly owner statement, check your Spam or Junk folder around the fourth business day of the month, as the email may have been filtered before reaching your inbox.
How can I make sure future financial statements are delivered to my inbox?
If you find your statement in your Spam or Junk folder, mark the email as “Not Spam” or add the sender to your safe sender list. This helps train your email provider to recognize future statements as legitimate communications and improves delivery rates.
Can I access my financial statements through the Owner Portal?
Yes. Property owners can log into their Owner Portal at any time to view and download recent financial statements. Statements are typically available under the History Notes section, providing convenient access even if email delivery issues occur.
